Baltimore Capital was founded by Jason Flynn, bringing together more than 25 years of experience as a property investor and landlord with nearly three decades in financial services, including serving as a Managing Director at JPMorgan.
Throughout his career, Jason has worked across capital markets and structured products while independently building and managing a substantial property portfolio. This combination of financial-market experience and direct property ownership forms the foundation of Baltimore Capital today.
Baltimore was established to build on that experience — identifying property opportunities, deploying capital selectively and continuing to grow a long-term portfolio of tangible UK real estate assets.
