Baltimore Capital was founded by Jason Flynn, combining more than 25 years of direct property investment and landlord experience with nearly three decades in financial services, including serving as a Managing Director at JPMorgan.
Today, Baltimore's investment strategy is underpinned by an established UK property portfolio spanning traditional residential property, specialist assisted-living accommodation, and commercial and mixed-use assets.
The portfolio has been built with a focus on sustainable income, tangible underlying assets and long-term value creation, providing an established platform from which Baltimore can continue to identify and acquire new opportunities.

Residential
A long-established collection of residential assets forms a significant part of the wider portfolio, generating rental income across a diversified range of properties. The strategy focuses on long-term ownership, sustainable rental demand and active management of the underlying assets.
Assisted Living
Specialist assisted-living property forms an important part of the portfolio, combining ownership of tangible real estate with long-term, contractually structured rental income. These assets provide exposure to specialist accommodation demand alongside the underlying value of the property.
Commercial & Mixed-Use
The portfolio also includes commercial and mixed-use assets, providing diversification beyond traditional residential property. These assets are considered on the sustainability of their income, underlying property value, tenant profile and long-term management potential.
Baltimore's existing property interests provide an established asset base from which new opportunities can be considered. The strategy is to selectively acquire suitable property assets, actively manage them for sustainable income and long-term value, and, where appropriate, use refinancing to release and redeploy capital into further acquisitions.
This approach allows the portfolio to grow over time while maintaining exposure to established underlying property assets.
